Last week we read the story, Miss Bindergarten Takes a Field Trip With Kindergarten. The vocabulary words from the story were: bakery, post office, steers, & chaperone.  The letter sounds we learned in Jolly Phonics were r & m.  Our new popcorn words were like & up.  We practiced printing the letters Ll, Ii & Tt in handwriting.  In math we have been learning about the numbers 0-5.  Students have been learning to print the numbers correctly, put them in order, count objects, and compare the numbers. (more than, fewer than, same)
